Job Title: Sales Development Representative [SDR]

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing GTM Sales Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team to sell our professional services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales development, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media channels to generate new leads for our professional services team.
  • Use CRM [D365] to document all prospecting activities and maintain accurate records of sales activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful lead follow-up and opportunity conversion.
  • Attend relevant events and webinars to keep up to date with industry trends and generate new leads.
  • Provide feedback to the sales leadership on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned lead generation targets.
  • Ability to follow a sales process while leveraging cadence tools and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development, with the ability to generate leads and set appointments with key decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience using D365 CRM or similar systems to manage and track sales activity.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the IT industry or related fields is a plus.
