Ark’s founding acquisitions — DCi Technology Solutions and VerisVisalign, a full-service Microsoft Gold partner — broaden its Microsoft cloud offering and its process-optimization work.
Security and Service Management Deepen
Ark extends into managed detection and response for commercial and education clients, and builds a Microsoft Teams integration that puts everyday support requests where employees already work.
5S Technologies Joins Ark
Ark acquires 5S Technologies of Cary, North Carolina, adding a Carolinas presence and a bench in Nutanix, security, and data center work. Microsoft Modern Work and Nutanix Cloud Champion designations follow the same year.
National Recognition and a Central Region
CRN names Ark to both the MSP 500 and the Tech Elite 250, and Ark opens a Central Region practice with the hire of Scott Howard as vice president.
A Logistics and Configuration Center
Ark opens an IT Logistics and Configuration Center in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania for warehousing, smart hands, imaging, and deployment, and lands on CRN’s Solution Provider 500.
